Your calls do not speed up your investigation! We wish that was true. In fact, your calls will SLOW DOWN your investigation. If your investigator is talking with you on the phone, that means he is not working on your case. Just let the investigator call YOU. Remember, you hired us to do a job, let us do it. We know you are anxious. We want to clear your case ASAP too!
But I really want to call and see what's happening?
We do send out status reports as soon as we start getting some information in. We will not keep you in the dark. But if you MUST call, please wait 3 business days. 72 hours.
I have new information to add to my case
Please feel free to E-mail or FAX that information to us. Make sure to include your full name on the documentation so we can put it in your file.
I was told to call after 5pm but I won't be around. Can I call earlier?
If your investigator told you to call after a certain time chances are he is waiting for documentation to come in and that is when he was told to expect it. Or maybe he knows he won't get to your case until the hour before. If you call sooner then were instructed, there will be no new information to report yet. Just call us as soon as you can AFTER the specified time to learn of case updates. Remember, the time is given so that you will call in after he/she has worked on your case and has something to report to you. Why do I have to fill out forms?
Because it is required. Your investigative services must be in writing. We are a legitimate investigative service and as such, obey required laws. "Gimmick Internet services" that do nothing more then search old databases are NOT investigative services.
Company XYZ already took my money and I got nothing!
We are sorry to hear that, but not surprised. In fact, we hear it all the time. Most of these $49.95 services (whatever the fee) are only checking outdated databases. If your person is easy to find and hasn't moved in years, you may get lucky. Otherwise, you have wasted your money. Unfortunately, this is a common gimmick found on the internet.
Will you contact my "lost love one" for me?
Absolutely. That is a service we offer. You must speak with your investigator about this, but we do this often. We'll tell them you want to contact them, provide only the information you give us permission to, and report back to you all the details of the conversation. Letters can also be sent on your behalf to your subject.
